Description

A. 3W Sales & Allocation Follow Up

• Monitor daily and weekly 3W sales performance by branch.

• Follow up on 3W sales targets, customer demand, and sales pipeline

• Track units allocated to branches and ensure allocation matches actual sales demand.

• Monitor vehicles reserved or allocated against approved and active sales.

• Identify branches with high demand and coordinate timely stock replenishment.

• Follow up on slow-moving or excess stock and recommend reallocation where necessary.

• Prepare daily and weekly 3W sales and allocation reports.

B. Branch Stock Planning and Allocation

• Communicate daily with Branch Managers to understand current and expected 3W stock requirements.

• Collect and analyze branch stock requests against actual sales, loan pipeline, and available stock.

• Coordinate stock allocation and transfers based on demand, warehouse capacity, and sales projections.

  • Prioritize fast-moving 3W models to minimize stock-outs and lost sales opportunities.

• Coordinate with Logistics to ensure allocated units are delivered to branches on time.

• Monitor stock in transit and confirm receipt by the respective branch.

• Maintain visibility of available, allocated, in-transit, and received units. 

C. Loan Application and Vehicle Issuance Monitoring

• Monitor 3W loan applications from initial processing through approval and final vehicle issuance.

• Check loan application status daily in the ERP/system.

• Identify approved loans where vehicles have not yet been allocated or issued.

• Follow up on pending documentation, approvals, inspections, insurance, GPS installation, registration, and other issuance requirements.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve delays affecting vehicle issuance.

• Maintain a daily pipeline showing applications received, applications under processing, approved applications, vehicles allocated, pending issuance, and vehicles issued.

• Escalate long-pending applications and issuance delays to the Product Manager.

D. Sales and Stock Reporting

• Prepare daily and weekly reports covering 3W sales performance, sales pipeline, branch stock levels, stock allocation and movement, approved versus issued units, pending vehicle issuance, and stock shortages/excess stock.

• Analyze sales and stock data to identify gaps and opportunities.

• Highlight operational challenges, delays, and required actions to management.

E. Stock Optimization and Sales Support

• Ensure 3W stock is distributed according to actual demand and sales potential.

• Recommend stock transfers between branches where demand and availability are mismatched.

• Support branches in maintaining sufficient stock to facilitate continuous sales. • Monitor idle and slow-moving units and recommend corrective actions.

• Support sales teams by ensuring vehicle availability for approved customers.

• Follow up closely on units that are ready for issuance to minimize unnecessary delays. 

Requirements

Diploma or bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Sales, Inventory Management, or related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in sales operations, logistics, inventory, stock management, or a related role.

• Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems.

• Good understanding of vehicle stock movement and reconciliation.

• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
