Help Build Tanzania's Best Dealer Network

As an Account Manager you will manage relationships with dealer partners, help them grow

financed smartphone sales, reduce dealer churn, and ensure they receive outstanding support from

Mogo.

Your Mission

• Manage a portfolio of dealer partners

• Drive dealer performance and financed sales growth

• Reduce dealer churn through proactive account management

• Support onboarding and activation of new dealers

• Coordinate with Loan Officers, Brand Managers and Operations teams

• Provide market intelligence and competitor insights

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, Customer

Success or Relationship Management

• Experience in retail, fintech, banking, telecommunications, FMCG or consumer electronics is an

advantage

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Commercial mindset and strong problem-solving ability

• Comfortable visiting dealers regularly

• Basic Excel and reporting skills
