Field Recovery Officer

Mogo Credit Limited (hereafter referred to as Mogo) is a microfinance firm licensed in Tanzania by the Bank of Tanzania (BOT) as a Boda Boda and Tuk-Tuk (Bajaji) Credit Provider.

• Conduct field visits to follow up on overdue clients
• Negotiate with customers to ensure timely repayments
• Execute repossession of assets when required
• Track and locate clients and financed assets
• Prepare daily field reports and recovery updates
• Maintain proper handling and custody of repossessed assets
• Work closely with the recovery and operations team
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal procedures 

Valid driving license (mandatory)

Ability to ride and operate

• Motorcycles (Bikes)
• Three-wheelers (Tuk Tuk)
• Motor vehicles (Cars)
• Proven experience in field recovery, collections, or similar role is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of assigned region (Dar es Salaam, Lindi/Mtwara, or Morogoro)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult clients
• Physically fit and presentable (Tough & Strong candidates preferred due to field nature of work)
• Minimum education: Secondary school or above
