Description
- Enter and maintain accurate records of GPS device installations in the company’s tracking database and management systems.
- Register newly installed GPS devices and link them to the correct vehicles, customers, and user accounts.
- Update vehicle information, device serial numbers, SIM card details, installation dates, and related records.
- Verify installation data received from GPS Technicians for completeness and accuracy.
- Monitor data quality and identify discrepancies, missing information, or duplicate records.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on GPS installations, activations, maintenance activities, and inventory usage.
- Coordinate with GPS Technicians to obtain installation reports and supporting documentation.
- Assist in activating devices and confirming successful registration on the GPS tracking platform.
- Maintain records of GPS inventory, including devices, SIM cards,accessories, and assigned equipment.
- Support customer service and operations teams by providing accurate tracking and installation information when required.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of customer, vehicle, and company data.
- Perform general administrative duties related to fleet tracking operations.
