- Recover financed devices in accordance with company policies
- Represent the Mogo brand professionally during customer interactions
- Protect company assets through accurate documentation and secure transportation of recovered devices
- Maintain accurate case records and update company systems
- Collaborate with Debt Collection, Logistics, Customer Care and Operations teams
- Ensure repossession activities are conducted professionally and legally.
- Maintain proper documentation of recovered devices and handover processes.
- Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Identify and report any fraudulent activities or suspicious cases.
- Achieve assigned monthly collection and recovery targets.
