Description
We are looking for a smart, reliable, and adaptable Customer Care Emergency Officer to support our 24-hour customer emergency response operations. The role involves handling urgent customer issues, coordinating emergency responses, monitoring incidents, and ensuring customers receive timely support and communication. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of customer experience/customer service and an understanding of security, safety, or criminology principles. The candidate must be calm under pressure, quick to learn, flexible with tasks, and able to work in rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive and respond to emergency customer calls, messages, and reports promptly.
• Monitor incidents and escalate urgent matters to the relevant teams or authorities.
• Provide professional customer support during emergencies and high-pressure situations.
• Record and maintain accurate incident reports and customer communication logs.
• Coordinate with operations, security teams, and field staff when required.
• Follow company emergency response procedures and service standards.
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and emergency-related support.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Support 24/7 operational coverage through shift work schedules.
• Perform additional operational or administrative duties assigned by management.
