Description
• Conduct skip tracing activities to locate clients using internal systems, GPS tracking, and external databases
• Review and prepare client cases before escalation to Hard Collection
• Monitor and confirm GPS tracker status (online/offline)
• Analyse client data and provide CIA (Client Information & Analysis) reports
• Recommend cases for investigation when information is insufficient or suspicious • Maintain accurate and updated records of traced clients
• Collaborate with field recovery officers to guide repossession efforts
• Use phone calls, social media, and physical address verification where necessary
• Ensure all tracing activities comply with company policies and legal
