Description
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the branch team (Loan Officers, DC Field Agents, and support staff) to achieve set sales, portfolio quality, and customer service targets.
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the loan portfolio while maintaining healthy repayment rates.
- Monitor loan disbursement, portfolio performance, and collection efficiency; take corrective action when necessary.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and identify training needs for staff to enhance productivity.
- Ensure early intervention on high-risk accounts through courtesy visits and proactive follow-up.
- Build strong community and customer relationships to promote brand visibility and generate business opportunities.
- Analyze branch performance reports and present findings with recommendations to the Regional Manager.
- Safeguard company assets at the branch, including cash, equipment, and client files, by enforcing strict control measures.
- Foster a positive, customer-focused work culture that aligns with Mogo’s values and service standards.
