WHAT YOU WILL DO

Key Responsibilities 

1. Lead Generation 

• Identify and approach potential customers in assigned areas. 

• Generate and submit quality leads for MOGO financial products. 

• Collect accurate customer information for follow-up. 

 

2. Product Promotion 

• Promote MOGO products including: 

• Bodaboda financing 

• Tuktuk financing 

• Smartphone loans 

• Clearly explain product benefits, requirements, and repayment terms to customers. 

 

3. Field Activations 

• Conduct activations at: 

• Bodaboda stages 

• Markets 

• Garages 

• Busy street locations 

• Distribute flyers, reflectors, and promotional materials. 

 

4. Customer Engagement 

• Educate potential clients about financing options. 

• Answer customer questions and address concerns professionally. 

• Build trust and strong relationships with local communities. 

 

5. Market Intelligence 

• Collect information on competitors and market trends. 

• Provide feedback from customers to the marketing and sales teams. 

 

6. Reporting 

• Submit daily and weekly activity reports. 

• Track leads generated and conversions achieved. 

 

7. Collaboration 

• Work closely with branch loan officers and sales teams. 

• Participate in roadshows, campaigns, and branch marketing initiatives.

WHAT YOU NEED

Qualifications & Skills 

 

Education 

• Diploma or Certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 

 

Experience 

• Experience in field marketing, sales, or customer engagement is an advantage. 

 

Skills 

• Strong communication and persuasion skills 

• Customer-focused mindset 

• Ability to work in outdoor environments 

• Good interpersonal and networking skills 

• Basic reporting and record keeping
