NUMBER PLATE COLLECTIONS AGENT

Follow up plate numbers and Registration Cards from suppliers.

• Collect issued number plates and ensure they match the correct vehicle details

• Distribute plate numbers and Registration Cards to company branches in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate records of all collected and pending number plates

• Ensure safe handling and timely delivery of number plates to customers or branches

• Verify documentation before collection to avoid discrepancies or delays

• Provide regular updates and reports on number plate collection status

• Handle customer inquiries related to number plate status professionally

• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations

• Support other operational and logistics tasks assigned

 Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field

• Experience in logistics, field operations, or a similar role is an added advantage

• Familiarity with vehicle registration processes in Tanzania is preferred

• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools)

• High level of integrity and professionalism
