What You Will Do

• Train Loan Officers, dealers, and promoters/agents on product, process, and systems.
• Develop structured onboarding programs and refresher training schedules.
• Ensure full mastery of CRM and loan systems, including compliance and data quality requirements.
• Identify performance gaps and coach teams to improve conversion and onboarding quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a trainer in fintech, telco, PAYGO, retail, or device financing environments.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills (English & Swahili).
• Experience training teams on apps, digital tools, or field sales processes.
• Energetic, structured, and field-ready — comfortable traveling and working closely with teams on the ground.
