What we are looking for

TooMuchWifi team is looking for an innovative dynamic experienced Learning and

Development Facilitator to join our team.

About the role

The ideal candidate will create engaging learning experiences using blended learning approaches and play a key role in impactful learning and development.

What you will be doing

  • Actively promote and implement the TooMuchWifi culture of transformation and Kindness
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops or individual training sessions
  • To deliver training content and competency assessments
  • To prepare and maintain all training content and learning material and competency assessments
  • Ensure all training and learning material is updated and aligned to the current
  • product
  • Communicate and report accurate performance metrics to the Learning and Development manager
  • Provide the necessary feedback, coaching, training and development to trainees and management
  • Support Learning and Development in an effective and motivational manner

Minimum requirements (qualifications, skills and experience, other)

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Relevant qualifications - Train the trainer and Assessor
  • Literate in Microsoft excel, Powerpoint, Word and Google
  • minimum 3 years of previous training experience
  • Ability to work shifts
