What we are looking for

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Brand Representative.

About the role

This role will report to the Brand Activations Manager. You will be responsible for creating a strong brand presence while executing activations, attending events, and actively engaging as a sales representative and brand advocate. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for our brand, and the ability to drive sales through positive customer interactions.

What you will be doing

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute impactful brand activations.
  • Set up and dismantle activation spaces, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging presentation.
  • Create an inviting and interactive environment to attract and captivate the target audience.
  • Represent the brand at various events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Engage with event attendees to build brand awareness and foster positive relationships.
  • Distribute promotional materials and samples as part of the brand activation strategy.
  • Become a passionate and knowledgeable brand advocate to effectively convey the brand's values and benefits.
  • Utilise social media platforms to share event highlights, engage with followers, and generate buzz around the brand.
  • Actively promote and sell products or services to potential customers during activations and events.
  • Provide product knowledge and information to customers, addressing inquiries and concerns through onboarding and customer visits.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by employing effective sales techniques.
  • Comply with the company’s standards, policies and procedures.


Minimum requirements (qualifications, skills and experience, other)

  • Matric
  • Understanding Marketing and Sales tactics
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Happy to work with in communities around Cape Town
  • Happy to work on weekends
