What we are looking for

An organized, detail-oriented Project Supervisor who is proactive, a strong communicator, and a problem-solver. They should possess leadership skills, motivate teams, and handle challenges efficiently. Adaptability and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role.

About the role

As a Project Supervisor, you will assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and completing network rollout projects. Your role will focus on ensuring that all project activities are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. You will coordinate with teams, maintain project quality, and help resolve any issues to ensure objectives are met. Strong project management, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

What you will be doing

Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

Supervise field teams and contractors to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and site records.

Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project activities.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Support the resolution of technical issues and provide guidance to field teams.

Track project expenses and assist in budget management.

Conduct regular team meetings to review project status and provide updates.

Minimum requirements (qualifications, skills and experience, other)

  • Qualification in Project Management, Town Planning, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in project supervision or a similar role.
  • Experience in the telecommunications or IT industry.
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure and technologies.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
