What we are looking for

An experienced Senior Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and manage our comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and field marketing channels.

About the role

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, customer lead generation, and digital sales conversions. This role will also oversee the development and execution of field marketing strategies to generate brand awareness, community trust, demand, and accelerate lead generation in new and existing communities.

What you will be doing

  • Digital Marketing
  • Develop and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid media, organic media, SEO, SEM, and content creation
  • Create and optimise ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies for maximum impact and ROI
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness
  • Track, measure, and report on digital marketing campaign results against KPIs and adjust strategies based on performance metrics
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including:
  • Paid Media Campaigns: Google Ads (Search, Display), Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok, and YouTube Ads
  • Organic Media Campaigns: social media strategy development and execution across various platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
  • SEO Strategy & Implementation: technical SEO fixes, on-page SEO elements, keyword research, and SEO-driven content creation
  • Content Strategy & Campaign Management: integrated marketing strategies, campaign development and execution, content strategy development and execution
  • Manage and maintain digital marketing budgets, ensuring effective use of resources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital marketing initiatives
  • Field Marketing
  • Develop and execute regional go-to-market (GTM) field strategies to generate brand awareness, community trust, demand, and accelerate lead generation in new and existing communities
  • Plan and manage community and national activations, events, launches, community events, and field marketing activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of field marketing initiatives
  • Brand Management
  • Maximize TMWF's field brand presence in the communities and provide a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints
  • Roll out new branding across all touchpoints, including out-of-home, retail, community, and field branding
  • Drive sourcing, development, distribution, quality checks, and maintenance of branded locations, apparel, assets, and creatives
  • Team Management
  • Lead a team of digital marketing specialists, field marketing teams, brand artists, and external partners
  • Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members as needed
  • Manage team performance, KPIs, providing regular feedback, coaching, and evaluations
  • Partnerships
  • Secure and manage partnerships that enhance our brand experience and support business objectives
  • Collaborate with partners on large-scale events and activations
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with our brand values and goals
  • Public Relations
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive public relations strategy to enhance TMWF's reputation, build brand awareness, and drive business results
  • Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and stakeholders to secure media coverage, product placements, and partnerships
  • Craft and disseminate press releases, media alerts, and other communications to share company news, announcements, and achievements with the public
  • Pitch stories and features to media outlets, securing coverage in top-tier publications and broadcasts
  • Develop and maintain a crisis communications plan to protect TMWF's reputation in the event of a crisis or issue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure alignment and maximize public relations efforts
  • Measure and report on the success of public relations efforts, using metrics such as media impressions, coverage, and share of voice.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Conduct deep data analysis to inform marketing strategies and optimise campaign performance across both digital and field marketing channels
  • Develop and maintain reporting to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across digital and field marketing channels, including but not limited to:
  • Digital marketing metrics: website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, CPA, CPL, and ROI
  • Field marketing metrics: event attendance, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign performance
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to inform marketing decisions and optimise campaign performance
  • Develop and maintain data-driven forecasting models to predict campaign performance and inform budget allocation decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure data-driven decision making and optimise marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging data analysis tools and technologies to continuously improve data analysis and reporting capabilities.


Minimum requirements (qualifications, skills and experience, other)

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, field marketing, and brand management
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Experience with SEO tools, such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other digital marketing platforms
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo, HubSpot, etc.
  • Knowledge of web development and design principles
