• Review the company's processes to identify potential risk and control gaps, including but not limited to compliance risks.
• Undertake a risk assessment of key operational and management areas of the organization and prepare an audit plan.
• Review the company's internal policies and procedures and propose improvements where necessary.
• Prepare audit reports and recommend corrective action where necessary.
• Develop and monitor action plans in response to audit findings and compliance breaches.
• Improve and develop the organization’s performance.
• Ensure that the company's assets are adequately safeguarded.
• Actively assist management in improving internal control.

• Bachelor’s degree in law/ audit.
• 1-3 years’ proven experience in an internal auditor or similar role.
• Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
• Good understanding and hands-on experience with respect to risk and control assessment.
• Fluent oral and written communication skills in Latvian and English.
• Highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
•  Proactive and initiative personality, able to work independently. 

• Gross salary in the range 2500-3200 EUR;
