- Create and execute on a local strategy including 360-marketing plan, driving efficient and effective local marketing to drive traffic to the website and brand awareness.
- Ultimate responsible for allocated budget for the market, including but not limited to marketing cost, bonus cost, provider costs, payment costs etc.
- Create and lead a best-in-class team of key experts responsible for their areas in the local market.
- Be the key expert internally of the market, being aware of full market conditions including competitors, market size, market spend, market share, share of voice etc.
- Accountable for monetization of customers and growth of revenue.
- Accountable for the full customer life cycle, including but not limited to source of acquisition, conversion on site, activation and retention.
- Accountable for ensuring that all, but not limited to, campaigns, executions, product features, communications to customers, customer journeys – with the support from compliance – are all compliant per local regulation.
- Accountable for optimization and controlling daily business operations, including but not limited to Payments, Product, Campaigns, Marketing, Customer Support feedback etc.
