We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sportsbook Manager to oversee all Sportsbook related activities and tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing and proposing strategies to increase player engagement through product performance. This role requires working closely with feed and line providers as well as Key Account Managers (KAMs) to maintain a deep understanding of their products according to our Sportsbook Strategy and KPIs, and to build strong relationships that foster mutual growth.

Responsibilities

- Regularly review sportsbook performance and proactively highlight any new trends for consideration, along with market and localization recommendations.

- Keep up to date with market and industry knowledge and ensure all sportsbook offerings and relationships with suppliers are compliant with relevant regulations.

- Assist the Sportsbook Product team to improve the product, including performing user-acceptance-testing of new features and proposing website upgrades for improved results.

- Understand the business and marketing metrics in view of sportsbook strategy and work with a numbers-driven analytical approach.

- Gain a comprehensive understanding of our client’s campaigns and third-party campaign tools, while being fully aware of player strategies and mechanics.

- Perform prior and post campaign analysis to identify areas for improvement, create an effective follow-up plan, and draw conclusions or take appropriate action.

- Liaise with Fraud, Payments, Customer Service Department (CSD), and various teams in day-to-day sportsbook related operations and escalations.

- Investigate and take immediate corrective action to mitigate losses to the business.

- Work closely with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team to maximize their campaign efficiency.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven experience in sportsbook management or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- In-depth knowledge of igaming and sportsbook industry trends and regulations.

- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
