Junior Reporting Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Reporting Analyst who would help build a strong central Business Intelligence team. The person will report to and work in close cooperation with the Head of BI, as well as rest of the team and other functions across the organization. 

As a Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for daily KPI monitoring, quick analysis and prompt communication of deviances in trends to higher management, as well as data extraction, visualization and stakeholder management for various ad hoc analysis. This is an excellent first step in your iGaming analytics career!  

The role is based in Riga. Hybrid working is possible. 

• Monitoring various KPI metrics to spot trends, patterns, and anomalies in data through comprehensive analysis and providing prompt recommendations for improvement or optimization to the business stakeholders.  
• Extracting ad-hoc reports, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and timeliness in delivering actionable insights to various business units. 
• Conducting data validation, verification, and quality assurance to ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting outputs. 
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to support their data and reporting needs, fostering collaboration and alignment between departments, refining processes and ways of working. 
• Contributing to the enhancement of reporting processes, optimizing data collection methods, and streamlining reporting workflows. 
• Helping develop and maintain reports and dashboards using reporting tools (e.g. Tableau) or other software to visualize key metrics and KPIs. 

• Very strong MS Excel skills with any additional coding or programming knowledge considered a plus (VBA, Python, JavaScript etc).  
• At least a basic level of SQL skills for data querying, extraction, and manipulation. 
• Logical thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail. 
• Ability to communicate complex data findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
• Previous iGaming experience will be considered an asset.  

• Gross salary in the range 1500-2100 EUR.
