As a Social Media and Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies and delivering branded content to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate growth. You will oversee our global accounts as well as all aspects of our cross-market social media presence across various platforms, including content creation, community management, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, up to speed with the current social media trends and techniques, able to blend the two into effective content strategies.

Responsibilities

Global accounts:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Manage and maintain Tonybet’s global social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) ensuring maximum brand consistency.
  • Create engaging and relevant content (text, image, video) tailored to each platform and audience.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to the brand or industry.
  • Interact with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Cultivate and grow the online community by fostering meaningful relationships with followers, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media marketing.


Local accounts:


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, CRM, customer service) to align local social media activities with overall brand and business objectives.
  • Support local markets in their local strategies and executions through comprehensive best practice and guidance.
  • Maintain a high level view of social media advertising campaigns, including creative, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze key metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts and make data-driven decisions for optimization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a social media/content manager or similar role, preferably in a corporate or agency role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
  • Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with social media advertising and familiarity with ad management platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager) is a plus.
  • Passion for social media and staying ahead of industry trends, adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Experience with agile and responsive branded content production.
