As a Product Owner for our mobile applications, you will play a critical role in scoping, managing, and optimizing our app development process. You will collaborate closely with our development team, ensuring that our apps meet regulatory requirements, enhance user experience, and achieve commercial objectives. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of the online casino industry.

1. Scoping and Managing Development Work:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business goals, user feedback, and market trends.
• Work closely with the development team to plan, execute, and track sprint goals and deliverables.
• Conduct regular reviews and retrospectives to optimize development processes and identify areas for improvement.

2. Updating and Launching Apps:

• Coordinate app updates and releases across different app stores (e.g., Google Play Store, Apple App Store).
• Ensure timely deployment of new features, bug fixes, and performance improvements.
• Monitor app store guidelines and compliance requirements to maintain app listings and ratings.

3. Managing Compliance Requirements:

• Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry standards for online gambling apps.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure app features and functionalities meet regulatory guidelines.
• Implement necessary measures to safeguard user data and promote responsible gambling practices.

4. Marketing and Commercial Requirements:

• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for app promotion and user acquisition.
• Analyze user behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for app monetization and revenue growth.
• Coordinate with commercial teams to align app features with business objectives and revenue targets.

5. Setting Up Measurement Partners:

• Evaluate and select measurement partners (e.g., analytics platforms, attribution providers) to track app performance and user engagement.
• Implement tracking mechanisms to gather actionable insights and optimize app performance.
• Generate reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and inform decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience (2 years) as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the online gaming industry.
• Deep understanding of mobile app development processes, technologies, and best practices.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for online gambling apps (e.g., GDPR, age verification, responsible gambling).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification is a plus.
