As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing our marketing efforts. You’ll be working closely with our marketing team to drive data-driven strategies that captivate players and boost our brand's success. If you're passionate about iGaming and possess strong analytical skills, this is the role for you.


The role can be based in Riga, Tallinn, Ceuta, Gibraltar or Malta. Hybrid working is possible.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to design and execute data-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain marketing KPIs, dashboards, and reports to track campaign performance.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategy.
  • Utilize player segmentation to personalize and target marketing campaigns effectively.
  • A/B test marketing initiatives and provide insights for optimization.
  • Analyze marketing data to uncover trends and opportunities for enhancing player acquisition and retention.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze player behavior to drive improvements in player experience.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing and product strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analysis within the iGaming industry.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, at minimum on Advanced certificate level.
  • Experience with working in Google Data Studio and/or Tableau or equivalent.
  • Basic to intermediate SQL skills for querying and manipulating databases.
  • Very strong MS Excel skills with VBA and/or Apps Script knowledge considered a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, passion for data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team and liaise with relevant stakeholders.
