The role can be based in Malta, Riga, Tallinn, Gibraltar.


Responsibilities

  • Set up, test and schedule Email, SMS and Onsite campaigns;
  • Create campaign offers and follow-up after campaign execution;
  • Give creative and strategic input to the CRM management;
  • Evaluate and optimize Life Cycle management;
  • Produce content which appeals to our customers and inspires them to take an action;
  • Sharing ideas within retention team for potential improvements and campaigns;
  • Ensure that the Support team is always updated about upcoming campaigns and potential changes;
  • Execute campaigns on ad-hoc basis to assist specific market management team requests;
  • Assist with other CRM tasks where needed;

Requirements

  • Previous experience 1+ years of online gaming experience from the field of CRM.
  • Experience working with Customer.io would be considered as an asset.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language.
  • Data-driven approach to work.
  • Good communication skills, punctuality, and a high sense of responsibility for own job duties.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
