As a Data Analytics Business Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting insights from multiple data sources to support informed decision-making across various departments throughout the organization. You’ll need a keen eye, a knack for thinking outside the box and excellent communication skills. If you're passionate about iGaming and possess strong analytical skills, this is the role for you.

The role can be based in Riga, Tallinn, Ceuta, Gibraltar or Malta. Hybrid working is possible.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify key business requirements and deliver analytical solutions above and beyond what’s expected; think proactive not reactive.
• Designing and developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate performance metrics across a variety of verticals to stakeholders at all levels of the business.
• Utilizing statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within player behavior and market dynamics.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of data quality, data governance, and analytical processes within the organization, all the while “translating” between technical and business teams.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in iGaming data analytics.

• 3+ years of experience in Business Data Analytics, ideally within the iGaming sector.
• Proficiency in data querying languages (SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
•  Very strong MS Excel skills with VBA and/or Apps Script knowledge considered a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team and liaise with relevant stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Python, Google Analytics, Looker, Customer.io, Telegram considered a plus.
