Tonybet is an international igaming company that is about to launch its range of online casino games and sports betting in the Netherlands. We're on the lookout for passionate individuals to play a key role in ensuring our gaming platform remains not only entertaining but also a secure environment for players.
In this role, your primary responsibility will involve reaching out to players identified by our Responsible Gaming Department due to potential risky gambling behavior. You will work closely withwith department analysts to conduct effective and supportive conversations. Additionally, you'll assist customer service colleagues in identifying potential gambling-related issues during their interactions with players, such as signs of gambling addiction.
This position calls for individuals with a genuine interest in people and the confidence to pose thoughtful questions. Training will be provided to help you recognize signals and what you can do in such a situation. Prior experience in telephone communication is highly valued, familiarity with the igaming sector is a definite advantage.
