We’re on the lookout for Operational Compliance Manager to lead and manage the daily operations and strategic projects of the Compliance Department in a multi-jurisdictional iGaming environment. The role involves ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and active development of practical compliance solutions across the business.

• Oversee and drive the execution of compliance department projects across multiple markets.
• Coordinate and manage the workload and daily operations of the compliance team.
• Lead the design and development of compliance solutions for internal and regulatory challenges.
• Serve as a primary compliance advisor for other departments, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
• Conduct proactive vulnerability and risk assessments, define mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain compliance operational roadmaps, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
• Perform ad-hoc compliance assessments, investigations, and cross-departmental research initiatives.
• Facilitate and coordinate internal and external compliance audits.
• Maintain and enhance regulatory requirement databases and flag platform gaps or technical needs.
• Draft, implement, and update the organization’s compliance framework, including policies, procedures, and internal guidelines.
• Manage licensing applications, renewals, and other jurisdictional compliance requirements.
• Conduct regulatory compliance training sessions for employees across departments.
• Design and implement practical compliance toolkits and manuals for functional teams.

• Proven experience in Compliance, Operations, or Project Management or related field.
• Basic understanding of law, regulations, international relations.
• Basic understanding of web developing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to understand and communicate technical and legal concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively.
