We’re looking for a versatile, detail-driven professional to join our marketing team as a Media & Marketing Project Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who can think strategically about global media planning while also keeping projects organized, stakeholders informed, and everything running in a timely manner. You'll be at the center of campaign execution - turning brand strategies into action plans and making sure nothing gets dropped.


Responsibilities

  • Research and define target audiences to guide campaign direction and creative development.
  • Develop and implement advertising strategies that resonate with diverse international markets.
  • Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns from briefing to rollout, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are on track.
  • Manage campaign budgets, negotiate media placements, and evaluate pricing to ensure strong ROI.
  • Facilitate communication across internal teams (creative, content, digital) and with external vendors.
  • Analyze market trends, monitor performance data, and generate reports to inform decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Maintain all relevant documentation, including project briefs, schedules, campaign assets, and media plans.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document outcomes to ensure actionable follow-ups.
  • Use project management tools to assign tasks, track progress, and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all media channels and touchpoints.
  • Explore innovative media placements to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Support invoicing processes and track marketing expenditures to maintain budget accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing, media planning, or project coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills; able to manage multiple projects without combusting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • A collaborative team player with an eye for detail.
  • High sense of ownership and accountability.
