We are looking for a versatile Tax Manager who would help supervise existing markets and develop the new ones. The position will report to and work in close cooperation with Finance Director.

• In-house tax management of CIT, VAT, WHT, transfer pricing, and gambling tax.
• Tax advice to senior management on M&A and strategic business plans across the geographies.
• Tax research on new markets for business launch.
• Advice on tax implications of capital structures and cash stream arrangements.
• Collaborate with external advisors to ensure local tax compliance in various jurisdictions.
• Monitor and inform key management on tax developments in countries where group operates.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects as requested by the senior management.

• At least 4 years prior experience in the international tax matters. In-house tax management background will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and decision-maker mindset.
• Self-driven, resilient, and able to quickly adapt and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively and develop good working relationships in cross-functional environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), good knowledge of Russian and Latvian languages will be helpful, knowledge of any other Western-Europe languages may provide additional edge.
• Expert MS Excel skills.
