Accounts Payable Specialist

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you are responsible for accounting and reporting of accounts payable in accordance with Tonybet Group and local accounting requirements for Tonybet Group companies.

• Booking of vendor invoices in the accounting program according with Tonybet Group and local accounting requirements for various Tonybet Group companies.
• Performing regular Accounts Payable reconciliations to ensure accurate month-end reporting for various Tonybet Group companies.
• Acting as backup for invoice management system for Tonybet Group companies.
• Provide support to accounting and finance team for Tonybet group entities during the month and at month close.
• Participating in accounting and finance process automation and improvement projects.
• Performing other accounting related tasks according to the instructions of the accounting manager considering the employee’s job profile, skills and knowledge.

• Higher education in accounting or finance will be considered as an advantage.
• General understanding of accounting processes and standards.
• Relevant experience to this position will be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of English language and good knowledge of Latvian language.
• Ability to learn and develop good communication skills, accuracy, a high sense of responsibility and ability to set priorities.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel in particular).
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central will be considered as an advantage.
