And now we are looking for an experienced and motivated Head of Performance who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment and knows how to make campaigns shine across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Twitter Ads. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead media planning and performance reporting for major advertising campaigns
• Launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, and Twitter Ads, ensuring top-notch performance
• Build, manage, and mentor a talented team of PPC specialists
• Develop both strategic and tactical plans to meet and exceed business goals

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, managing PPC campaigns at a high level
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok, and Twitter Ads
• Hands-on experience managing large budgets on at least one of these platforms
• Proven track record in leading teams, mentoring talent, and driving results
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with both internal teams and external partners
• Experience analyzing and interpreting large data sets to improve campaign performance
• Ability to design, optimize, and automate campaign workflows
• Expert-level knowledge of PPC platforms and strategies.
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional planning and time management abilities.

• Gross salary range: 4300 - 10000 EUR depending on your experience
