Manual QA Tester (Ontario)

We are a regulated online casino and sportsbook brand with operations across Canada, including Ontario. We are looking for part-time QA Tester — based in Ontario - to help us ensure quality and compliance of our mobile and web platforms through on-demand, localised testing.

• Perform on-demand manual testing of mobile apps and mobile web versions
• Regularly explore and identify weak spots, bugs, and inconsistencies across core user flows: registration, login, KYC, deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals
• Test location-specific flows including geolocation restrictions and local compliance requirements
• Verify local banking methods (you must have access to Canadian bank cards)
• Document and report issues clearly and effectively to the QA/product team
• Provide feedback on UX/usability issues specific to Canadian users

• Based in Ontario or in any other Canadian province.
• Hands-on experience in manual QA testing (mobile and/or web).
• Strong attention to detail and an instinct for finding edge cases.
• Understanding of online casino/sportsbook flows (a plus).
• Access to local Canadian payment methods (cards/bank accounts).
• Comfortable working independently and reacting quickly to test requests.
