We are in search of a Graphic Designer to join Creative Team (Marketing).

We don’t hire just an executive designer who makes templated visuals within the reference. We need a colleague who will strengthen the team and in collaboration with Art Director and other designers will:

• suggest non-standard and trendy solutions for streaming design tasks
• implement the most ambitious ideas in the development of visuals for new projects
• explore new AI opportunities for design and incorporate them into daily work

• Participation in development and extension of brand visual language.
• Design of key visuals for marketing campaigns based on a creative idea and independently.
• Design and adaptation of advertising creatives of different complexity for Digital, ATL, BTL and other marketing channels.
• Design of templated landing and promo pages.
• Design of polygraphy, broad format printing.

• Higher education in design field or courses from 2 years of offline study.
• 3+ years in a similar position, preferably within a marketing environment or advertising/design agency.
• Excellent knowledge of design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma etc.
• Proven experience in using AI tools in design. You should have a clear understanding of how to compose a prompt to get the image you want.
• Ability to independently come up with a creative illustration for a visual on a given theme.
• Proficiency in working with brand guidelines, understanding of how to convey the brand positioning through visual communications.
• English B1 or higher.
