We are looking for a Senior Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting of selected Tonybet group entities in various countries with the support of local tax advisers.



Responsibilities

  • Manage month-close accounting process of selected Tonybet entities, ensuring accuracy and consistency as per Group’s accounting requirements.
  • Perform daily accounting activities (e.g. process incoming accounting documents, book invoices and payments, process expense reports, etc.).
  • Coordinate information exchange with locally outsourced accounting firms in relation to monthly payroll and tax reports.
  • Preparation of annual financial statements according to local requirements.
  • Ensure that all accounting, finance and tax reports are prepared accurately and submitted on time.
  • Assist during the annual audits.
  • Perform other accounting related tasks according to the instructions of the accounting manager considering employee’s job profile, skills and knowledge.


Requirements

  • Higher education in accounting or finance.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience as an accountant or similar position in an international environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language and good knowledge of Latvian language. Knowledge of Russian language will be considered as an advantage.
  • Ability to learn and develop, good communication skills, accuracy, a high sense of responsibility and ability to set priorities.
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel in particular).
  • Good knowledge of accounting systems, experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central will be considered as an advantage.
