Responsibilities

  • Helping Clients to solve their daily request via live chat and email;
  • Follow up with the customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved;
  • Analyse and repost product malfunctions.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service;
  • Native Latvian/Fluent English
  • Additional language knowledge will be taken as an advantage;
  • Highly developed client management skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Flexible and resilient and able to work night and day shifts.
