We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Canada Marketing Specialist to support and execute local marketing initiatives across various channels. This role bridges global strategies with local execution, ensuring campaigns resonate with target audiences, support business goals, and reflect market nuances.

Responsibilities

Market Research & Insights

  • Conduct regular market research and analysis to understand local trends, customer behavior, and industry developments.
  • Monitor and track competitors’ marketing, content, and promotional activities.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance and product-market fit.

Campaign Support & Execution

  • Collaborate with central/global teams to adapt and localize marketing campaigns for maximum relevance and impact.
  • Support end-to-end execution of promotional campaigns, including planning, coordination, and delivery.
  • Liaise with creative agencies and external partners to ensure timely and accurate execution.

Product & Experience Testing

  • Assist central teams in testing products, features, and customer journeys (e.g., apps, websites, campaign links).
  • Provide structured feedback to improve user experience and marketing effectiveness.

Promotions & Sponsorships

  • Develop localized promotional ideas tailored to key verticals (e.g., casino, sports).
  • Support the execution and visibility of sponsorship assets in collaboration with external partners.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance using appropriate tools and metrics.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization and future planning.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working with data and analytics tools.
  • Experience with social media, digital marketing, or gaming/sports industries is a plus.
  • Roactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while aligning with broader team goals.
