Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of Responsible Gaming (RG) cases, maintaining detailed case logs and collaborating with internal departments as needed.
  • Analyse risk scoring reports to identify potential signs of addictive behaviour; contact at-risk players and provide appropriate support in line with internal policies on self-exclusion, account blocking, and additional checks. 
  • Monitor escalated player registrations to prevent and detect underage gambling.
  • Review and assess the effectiveness of existing Responsible Gaming solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance RG policies and procedures to improve overall customer protection effectiveness.
  • Integrate Responsible Gaming principles into all daily operations—from customer service to marketing and technical developments.
  • Escalate complex or high-risk cases to senior management with clear recommendations to ensure robust player protection.
  • Apply a solution-focused approach when assisting vulnerable players.
  • Recommend improvements to RG operations, procedures, and processes.
  • Promote awareness and understanding of Responsible Gaming issues across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant RG legislative and regulatory requirements.


Requirements

  • Customer-centric mindset with prior experience in Responsible Gambling / igaming. 
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Genuine interest in addiction psychology, along with regulatory and compliance awareness.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Critical thinking ability and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant computer applications.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence and different CRM systems would be considered an advantage.
