About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Growth Manager to join our team at TooMuchWifi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving product innovation and growth, particularly in the context of customer-facing products . As the Product Growth Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, launch, and ongoing optimization of our products, ensuring they meet the needs of our diverse customer base and drive business growth.

What you will be doing

  • Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with TooMuchWifi's mission and business goals.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyse competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
  • Product Development: Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring products are technically sound, user-friendly, and compliant with industry standards.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Create and implement go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and customer engagement, including pricing, positioning, and promotional campaigns. 
  • Go-to-Market Testing: Implement a 1,5, All launch approach with test, learn, adapt, repeat process, creating a tested and refine product solution to be implemented by business. 
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance, gather customer feedback, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and launch processes. Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and customers effectively.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets for product development and marketing, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
  • Product Roadmap: Define the product roadmap, prioritize features and enhancements, and communicate the strategic vision to cross-functional teams.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of product professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to gather feedback, address customer needs, and ensure successful product launches.
  • Market Trends and Customer Feedback: Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new feature development.


Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or a certified Product Management qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing internet or technology products.
  • Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Ability to conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication and Presentation: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of cost structures, pricing strategies, and revenue models to drive profitability.
  • Customer Focus: Deep commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of customers in aspirational communities.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic technical aptitude to understand software development processes, technology concepts, and effectively communicate with engineering teams.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with the capability to identify issues, propose solutions, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build relationships.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
