- Establish and enforce change management processes to ensure that network changes are planned, documented, and implemented in a controlled manner, minimizing risk and service disruption.
Capacity Planning and Optimization
- Conduct capacity planning assessments to forecast network growth and scalability requirements, implementing optimization strategies to maximize network efficiency and resource utilization.
Vendor and Service Provider Management
- Manage relationships with equipment vendors, service providers, and third-party contractors, ensuring timely delivery of services, adherence to SLAs, and resolution of issues.
Performance Metrics and Reporting
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track network performance, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
Compliance and Security
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for network security, data protection, and privacy, implementing controls and safeguards as necessary.
Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to mitigate the impact of network disruptions and ensure rapid restoration of services.

- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to network operations teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
High-site Security
- Develop innovative ways of securing our network equipment on site and partnering with stakeholders who can assist in limiting exposure to vandalism and theft.
NOC Management
