Staff Driver

A mature, energetic and reliable PDP qualified Driver with a proven track record for transporting company staff and managing vehicle operations.

The driver will be responsible for operating company vehicles, and provide safe transport of company staff and equipment. 

• Transport staff by collecting and dropping off staff at various locations and at different time slots as per the company’s schedule operating 7 days a week but working on a rotating basis.
• Assist staff with loading and unloading of equipment, and for setting up at events.
• Keep vehicles clean and orderly at all times.
• Report any incidents, negligence or non-adherence to the company’s policies to the HR department.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for transportation taking safety, security, traffic and weather conditions into account.
• Ensure vehicles are parked safely overnight in designated company parking areas.

• Minimum 2 years of staff transportation experience.
• Matric.
• Valid PDP (professional driving permit).
• Flexible and able to work on certain weekends and public holidays.
• Good communication skills.
• Clear criminal record.
• Medical clearance certificate.
• Organised and good at planning routes and schedules.
