And now we are looking for an experienced and motivated Mobile Affiliate Manager to join our team and take charge of managing affiliate relationships, driving in-app traffic, and optimizing mobile performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive high-quality in-app traffic to meet key KPI targets for our mobile app
  • Manage and optimize relationships with existing partners, handling everything from reporting and analytics to issue resolution and document flow
  • Search for and onboard new partners, ensuring smooth technical integration and ongoing performance
  • Provide internal reporting on partner performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Analyze fraud data and prevent fraudulent activities within the network.
  • Represent the company and network at CPA events to strengthen relationships and drive new business


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency with analytics systems and SaaS platforms like AppsFlyer, Adjust, Appmetrica, and Admon
  • Strong Excel skills for compiling and analyzing reports
  • Solid understanding of partner management tools, traffic types, and fraud prevention techniques
  • Familiarity with key products and analytics metrics such as LTV, CTR, CPA, CPI, CPL, ROI, and CAC
  • Excellent communication skills - you can quickly establish rapport and build long-term relationships with partners, both online and offline


Hard Skills:

  • Expertise in developing advertising campaign strategies
  • Deep experience working with analytics systems like AppsFlyer
  • Media planning and strategic decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in using tools like Google Keyword Planner for selecting semantics
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and identify trends
  • Understanding of Customer Journey Mapping (CJM) and Conversion Funnels (CA)
  • Experience with automation and managing big data to optimize performance
  • Fluent English (knowledge of other additional languages would be considered as an advantage)
