• Managing CPA networks and partners: development, control and support.
• KPI Monitoring.
• Making adjustments to the settings of advertising campaigns.
• Analysis of incoming traffic from partner networks.
• Building partnerships with clients and contractors.
• Search for growth points.
• Working with various tools: Trackpad, Google Analytics, Yandex Metrika, Slack.

• 2 years experience in a similar position.
• Analytical mindset and ability for strategic planning.
• High level of self-organization and focus on results.
• Excellent understanding of marketing and business analytical metrics.
• Strong communication skills (for conducting negotiations).
