Responsibilities

  • Searching, onboarding partners and building KPIs.
  • Working with existing partners and scaling them upSearch and testing of new traffic sources.
  • Control of payments to partners.
  • KPI generation and scaling.
  • Document management in your area.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years.
  • Experience in team management, mentoring.
  • High communication skills, the ability to find an approach to people.
  • The ability to analyze a large amount of data.
  • Experience in building and optimizing/automating processes.
  • Work experience in modern task setting systems (JIRA, Slack, Notion)
  • Knowledge of English is a must.
