• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in an airline;

We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Flight Dispatch Support Specialist to join our team at Smartlynx Airlines. As a Flight Dispatcher Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and safe operations of our airline. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to our commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers.

As a Flight Dispatch Support Specialist, your essential responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Regularly follow up on responsibilities, duties, improvements, and changes made in OM-A (Operations Manual Part A);
• Assist in flight planning system tuning and support;
• Provide support for automated flight planning;
• Act as a superuser for the flight planning system;
• Analyze and prepare more complex routes and navigational data;
• Prepare project briefings for the Flight Dispatch team;
• Act as a superuser for EUROCONTROL systems;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Flight Dispatch and IOCC processes;
• Participate in various audits related to Flight Dispatch;
• Assist in providing training to Flight Dispatchers in your area of expertise;
• Provide overall support and assistance to the Flight Dispatch Manager.
