SmartLynx Airlines - Cabin Safety Officer 2023 (Internal)

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Encourage reporting within the Cabin Department;
Monitor key performance indicators within departmental data and raises safety reports if any significant negative trends occur;
Present information related to cabin safety;
Attend monthly Safety Action Group meetings and audits as per necessity;
Evaluating cabin safety reports, giving recommendations on corrective actions and participating in safety investigations;
Assist in the preparation of Safety Newsletters

Are self-motivated and passionate about safety;
Have a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills;
Have the ability to handle sensitive and personal data with a high degree of accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality;
Have an approachable and supportive personality;
Have good knowledge of the English language;
Have good knowledge and experience with MS Office;
Have very good knowledge of Cabin Crew Manual
