B737 MAX8 Line Training Captain (Internal)

SmartLynx Crew Training Department is looking for motivated and capable colleagues ready to join the Training Team in the role of B737MAX8 Line Training Captain.

• Conduct LIFUS activity and line checks;
• Familiarise flight crew with the latest operational procedures;
• Make proposals for improving safety standards and efficiency in training and line operations;
• Submit the training and check forms promptly on completion of the training or check.

If you hold:

• Current B737 300-900 EASA type rating.
• Flight experience of 1000 hours as Commander on the similar aircraft type and 200 hours as Commander on type within SmartLynx or other Community operator, or
• Flight experience of 500 hours as Commander on type within SmartLynx or other EU operator.

And if you have:

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·       Good CRM skills.

·       Friendly and open attitude towards people.

Previous experience as LTC and/orTRI will be considered as advantage.
