SmartLynx Crew Training Department, in cooperation with Flight Operations, is looking for Base Line Training Captains for the upcoming summer season.
This position is reserved to SmartLynx Line Training Captains only!
Base Line Training Captain 2023 (Internal)

MAIN DUTIES FOR THIS POSITION
- To conduct LIFUS activity and line checks.
- To ensure that base planned Flight Crew training activity is conducted in accordance with applicable standards of SmartLynx.
- To submit a weekly base training status report, via e-mail, to the Senior Flight Crew Instructor for the designated fleet.
- To coordinate base line training activity with Crew Pre-Ops and Crew Control to ensure smooth operations.
- To monitor Line Training Captains’ performance compliance with mandatory forms being filled timely and correctly as per OM-D requirements.
- To ensure standardization processes for Line Training Captains.
- Make proposals for improving safety standards and efficiency in training and line operations.
YOU ARE A SUITABLE CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION
If you hold:
- Line Training Captain qualification with SmartLynx for at least 6 months.
And if you have:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good CRM skills.
- Friendly and open attitude towards people.
