A320 SFE/TRE

SmartLynx Crew Training Department is looking for motivated and capable colleagues ready to join the Training Team in the role of A320 SFE or TRE. 

• Conduct OCC, OPC, LPC and Command Course simulator sessions; 
• Familiarising flight crew with the latest operational procedures; 
• Making proposals for improving safety standards and efficiency in training and line operations; 
• Conduct ground training duties as allocated by the Crew Training Director as required; 
• Fill the training and checking forms promptly on completion of the training or check. 

If you hold: 

• Current A320 EASA type rating; 
• A320 TRE EASA privilege/certificate; 
• Previous experience conducting Proficiency Checks and/or FSTD training sessions. 

And if you have: 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; 
• Good CRM skills; 
• Friendly and open attitude towards people. 

Candidates holding A320 Synthetic Flight Examiner (SFE) EASA privileges only will be taken into consideration as well.
