Base Commander B737 Summer 24

SMARTLYNX AIRLINES CREWING OU is looking for Base Commanders for the Boeing fleet for Season 2024

We are looking to recruit two Base Captains: One for MAN and the second for TUI Germany (covering FMO, SCN and NUE)

Our group airlines specialize in full-service ACMI aircraft lease services and are acknowledged ACMI, cargo and charter providers in the EU on Airbus A320, A321 and A330 aircraft, as well as B737 MAX aircraft.



From year to year they are growing - in fleet size, block hours, team members, and number of awards. 

This is Internal position for Captains only.

LTC qualification will be considered as advantage.

• To keep cockpit library up to date by filling Onboard library checklist (ART 154) once per month and sending it to [email protected];
• To check that cockpit library is arranged as per company manual and procedures.
• To ensure pilots make entries in Aircraft Journey and Technical Log and makes those entries by himself, monitors that all defects are fixed;
• To ensure that cabin crew make entries in CDR;
• To check that aircraft interior / exterior is in good condition;
• To make sure that all crew members at the base follow uniform regulations stated in OM-A, having the authority;
• To perform at least one auto landing in particular base of each aircraft and fill in form ART72 (CAT II or III approach (actual or simulated));
• To perform Station Manager duties when one not available/assigned on base.

• To provide all possible information about operation and situation on the base to management, by Base bi[1]weekly report available via HUB;
• To report to company immediately in case of any non-standard situation on base;
• To work in cooperation with NCC Manager and/or his subordinates on base;
• To motivate crews to be on top of all operational issues and possible SACA findings by facilitating monthly crew meetings.
