WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • ✨ Create connections: Reach out to new clients through inbound interest and bold outbound moves
  • ✨ Woo with wow: Present our offerings to both B2C clients and corporate heroes—from HR to procurement pros
  • ✨ Hit the bullseye: Smash monthly sales goals across multiple sales channels
  • ✨ Keep it moving: Build and manage strategic sales pipelines
  • ✨ Be the face: Lead in-person viewings across our dazzling portfolio of Hong Kong properties
  • ✨ Be the vibe: Co-create and host awesome events for targeted demographics
  • ✨ Spread the word: Partner with marketing to run campaigns and initiatives with flair

WHO YOU ARE

You’re a born relationship-builder with a spark in your eye and a sales spirit in your soul.

  • 1+ year in a customer-facing or sales role (residential real estate = bonus points!)
  • Energetic team player with a splash of entrepreneurial flair
  • Relentlessly curious and motivated by challenges
  • Expert negotiator and smooth communicator with a people-first mindset
  • Loves hospitality and finds joy in crafting exceptional experiences
  • Proficient in Cantonese and English; Mandarin or other languages = superpower
  • Comfortable working rotational shifts and navigating cloud platforms like G Suite and Slack
