IntheHood is a homegrown Japanese hospitality group established in 2015 by a group of passionate individuals from around the world. In August 2022, IntheHood joined the family of Dash Living. We want to challenge the way travelers view Tokyo’s diverse neighborhoods through local eyes and unique storytelling.
The ideal candidates will be our brand ambassadors to ensure a pleasant customer journey with the values of IntheHood by Dash Living embedded in their daily operations. You will manage the daily operations of unique concept hotels located in central Tokyo. You ensure Dashers feel comfortable and welcome during their stay. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will have the chance to influence, strategize, and implement how to make daily operations efficient and profitable.

What You'll Do
- Be the owner and gatekeeper of the hardware aspect of Dash products, FF&E, and equipment of Dash properties.
- Being the main point of contact for contractors/vendors, including obtaining quotations, project coordination, quotation comparison pertaining to pre-openings of new buildings, and maintaining existing products.
- Work with main stakeholders such as the asset management team on initial property pre-opening.
- Work with main stakeholders such as the facility management team on maintenance for existing buildings.
- Provide technical support to various internal departments.
- Liaise, communicate and coordinate with different external stakeholders related to compliances and regulations, such as building-related compliances and fire safety.
- Other ad hoc tasks as required by the direct manager
